Mr. Robert M. Martin
P.Eng., F.CSCE, M.ASCE, DCE
President
Mr. Martin is a Registered Professional Civil Engineer, a Designated Consulting Engineer and a Fellow of the Canadian Society for Civil Engineering, a member of the American Waterworks Association, the Niagara Peninsula Road Builders Association and the American Society of Civil Engineers. During the last 35 years, Mr. Martin has worked in the municipal engineering and project management disciplines throughout Southern and Central Ontario including the Niagara Region and the USA, working with various Provincial Ministries, Municipalities, Commissions, Private Industries and developers.
Mr. George Wagenaar
P.Eng., M. CSCE, DCE
Senior Municipal Engineer
Mr. Wagenaar has extensive design and construction experience in the municipal field. He is a Designated Consulting Engineer and a member of the Canadian Society for Civil Engineering. He graduated from the University of Waterloo in Civil Engineering in 1971. Upon graduation and for nine years, he worked for consulting engineering firms in Sault Ste. Marie and London, Ontario. He designed and supervised construction of roads, subdivisions, pumping stations, watermains, open channels, sanitary sewers and storm sewer systems. Mr. Wagenaar has been with our Firm since 1989 and worked on various projects including Highway #6 in Hagersville and Hwy #406 Rehabilitation in St. Catharines for the MTO and various Region of Niagara road and municipal projects.
Mr. Martin Molek
B.Sc., P.Eng. M. CSCE
Municipal Engineer
Mr. Molek is a graduate of Queen's University, 1996, in Civil Engineering. He joined our Firm in the summer of 1996. He is one of the Firm's top designers and is involved in design, CADD drafting, cost estimating, inspection, storm water management and technical report writing and possesses excellent computer skills.
Mr. Arthur Klassen

Designer/Cad Operator/Town Planner/Construction Observer
Mr. Klassen graduated from Ryerson Polytechnic University in 1986 with a degree in Urban and Regional Planning and has been involved in computerized drafting, design and planning functions, along with construction observance activities, for various municipal projects including site servicing for various developments. Mr. Klassen joined our Firm in 1988 and is a graduate of the MTO construction and MOE Sewer and Watermain Inspector's courses.
Mr. Larry Vail

Designer/Surveyor/Construction Observer
Mr. Vail graduated from Niagara College in 1972 from the Construction Technician Program. He has worked for various consultants and municipalities and himself during his 35 years to date performing design, construction inspection, construction layout and topographic surveys on a wide range of municipal and private engineering projects. He possesses excellent computer skills. |
